Guest designs and palettes stay in this browser. Anyone using this browser can see them. Removing browser data removes these copies. You can remove individual copies in ACK Living.

Your project request

Submitting sends your contact details, project notes, design selections and any room photo to ACK for review. No customer account is required. Only authorized ACK staff can access the private inbox.

Project requests and email

ACK uses your request details to discuss the project with you. No automated confirmation email is sent in this campaign version. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Removing information

Remove device designs in ACK Living. To request removal of a submitted request, contact ACK and provide its reference. Clearing browser storage does not delete requests already sent to ACK.

Campaign information

If you arrive through a campaign link, its campaign labels can be attached to your estimate request. This build does not include an active Meta Pixel or third-party advertising tracker.
