Review the recipient and exact saved message. “Accepted” means the email provider accepted the request; it does not confirm delivery or a sale.
Agent connections
The reporting token exposes counts and catalog search. A separate operations token permits lead review and draft creation. Neither token can send arbitrary email. The operations token can confirm a customer-requested estimate slot. Fixed acknowledgment emails run only when enabled. Advertising accounts and the email inbox are not connected.
